• Represented Chevron Corp. in landmark bilateral investment treaty arbitration against the Republic of Ecuador, with over $9.5 billion in dispute, concerning oil & gas, claims of environmental harm and fraud, treaty violations and related litigation in the U.S.

• Represented a Spanish company in treaty arbitration against the Republic of Egypt, with over $2 billion in dispute and related litigation in the U.S. concerning Liquid Natural Gas project

• Represented an American company in treaty arbitration against the Republic of Peru, with over $800 million in a dispute concerning mining operations, and related litigation in the U.S.

• Represented a multi-national consortium of oil companies against the Republic of the Philippines, with hundreds of millions in dispute concerning taxes allegedly owed for an offshore natural gas concession
